Returns & Exchange

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, and have original tags attached. Products showing signs of misuse, negligence, or damage caused by incorrect application will not qualify.

Refunds are issued after a quality check, with a 2% deduction of the MRP (payment gateway fee)

How do I start a return?

  • Make an unboxing video of the product.
  • Email us at gobeyondbags@gmail.com with your order details and return request.
  • Wait for our confirmation email before sending the product.
  • Once confirmed, ship the product to:
    C-6, Sector 6, Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I make an exchange?

If you need a different size or product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at gobeyondbags@gmail.com with your exchange request.
  • Once confirmed, ship the item back to the given address.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
  • After a successful quality check, your exchange will be processed.

Gifts & Order Issues

Return Shipping Costs

All return and exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for loss, delays, or damage during return transit.

International Orders

We currently accept international orders, but additional shipping charges will apply.

International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees. Returns must follow the same 7-day policy and quality inspection as domestic orders.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes! You can update your delivery address before your order ships. Just reach out to us ASAP.

How do I track my shipment?

Easy! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package every step of the way.

My package shows ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What now?

Don’t worry. First, double-check with neighbors or building staff. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

Shipping, Refunds & Warranties

When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with your AWB number so you can follow your shipment. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days. Please note that festivals, public holidays, or weather conditions may cause slight delays.

Refunds

  • You can request a return/refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed after deducting a 2% payment gateway fee.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days. (Contact your bank if delayed.)

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us with clear photos and details. We’ll handle the claim with our courier partner and arrange a quick replacement.

Warranty Policy

All Beyond bags come with a 12-month warranty for the original owner, covering defects in materials or workmanship. If your bag fails due to such defects, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

What’s not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Natural fading/aging of materials
  • Loss or damage of contents inside the bag

How do I file a warranty claim?

  1. Email us at gobeyondbags@gmail.com with details of the issue + clear photos (multiple angles & close-ups).
  2. Our team will review and confirm if it falls under warranty.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange courier pickup and send you shipping labels. Pack securely, attach labels, and hand it over.
  4. For remote pincodes: ship it via local courier and we’ll reimburse ₹200 in store credit (valid 6 months).
  5. Once received, we’ll repair or replace your bag.
  6. If it’s not covered, we’ll still try to help with repairs at a fair cost (if possible).
