Warranty Policy
Beyond, we are committed to crafting products that combine premium design with enduring quality. Each bag is built to stand the test of time and accompany you on countless journeys.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, Beyond will attempt to repair the product first. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a similar item at our discretion.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Accidental damage or misuse
- The natural aging of colors, fabrics, and materials over time
- Loss or damage of personal contents, or any incidental expenses associated with such loss
Please note: Fit, comfort, and subjective preferences are not covered under the warranty.

- Store in a cool and dry place.

- Warranty applies only to products purchased via Beyond’s official website or authorized online and offline dealers.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is mandatory.
Warranty Process
- Contact Us – Write to us at gobeyondbags@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the issue, accompanied by clear images (multiple angles and close-ups).
- Review – Our team will carefully assess the details and get in touch with you via email with an appropriate resolution.
- Pickup & Support – If the product qualifies under warranty, please pack the item securely and courier it back to us.
- Resolution – Once the item is received, our team will provide the best possible solution for your concern. Depending on the case, the product will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we’ve kept our return process simple, transparent, and fair — ensuring you can shop with confidence while we stay true to our values of quality and responsibility.
Our return policy lets you send back your purchase within 7 days of delivery.
- Make an unboxing video and email gobeyondbags@gmail.com with your order details and request for return.
- Our team will send a confirmation mail to proceed with the return.

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- We are not liable for damage, delays, or loss during transit.
- Items must be unused, in new condition, with original tags intact.
- Products showing damage due to negligence, misuse, or incorrect application will not qualify for return.
- Each returned item undergoes a quality inspection before final approval.
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed after deducting 2% of the MRP (payment gateway fees). Refunds usually reflect in your account within 5–7 working days. If there is a delay, please contact your bank.

- After a quality check of the returned item, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email once your refund (if applicable) is initiated. Refunds usually reflect in your account within 5–7 working days. Contact your bank if delayed.

Repair Policy
At Beyond, we stand by the products we make. Our gear is built to last, giving you the best value while reducing environmental impact. We repair as much as possible to extend the life of your bag. All repairs are available at a reasonable charge.
How to Request a Repair:
- Reach Out: Email us at gobeyondbags@gmail.com with a clear description of the issue and photos of the affected area.
- Assessment: If the product is repairable based on the images, you’ll be asked to ship it to the address we provide. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We are not liable for damage, delays, or loss during transit.
- Inspection & Estimate: Once received, our team will inspect the bag and provide an estimated cost of the repair. Our repair service is not for profit; you only pay for the actual repair cost.
- Approval & Payment: After approving the estimate and receiving the payment, we’ll begin the repair.
- Quality Check & Return: Upon completion, the bag undergoes a final quality inspection before being shipped back. Repairs typically take approximately 20 days, although timelines may vary during peak seasons. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Important Notes:
- Ensure the bag is clean and hygienic before sending it; otherwise, a cleaning fee of ₹1000 will be applied.
- If the repair isn’t feasible, we will return your bag at our expense.
