What’s Covered?
At Beyond, we stand by the quality of our Bags. Our warranty is applicable to the original owner and covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing or material issue, our first step will always be to try and repair it. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace it with a similar item, at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered?
Please note, this warranty does not extend to damages caused by:

The natural fading of materials or colours over time
Environmental Factors & Care
Fabrics may fade, and plastic components, velcro, or leather parts can degrade over time, especially when exposed to moisture, sunlight, or UV rays. Zippers can also get jammed due to dust or dirt buildup. To keep them functioning well, regular cleaning and lubrication are highly recommended.
Please remember, we do not cover any incidental or consequential loss or damage to personal property resulting from the use of the product.
Eligibility & Proof of Purchase
Only products purchased from our official website qualify for warranty support. For international customers, additional shipping fees may apply.
If the product is not registered on our website for warranty, a valid proof of purchase is mandatory. This could be a tax invoice showing the purchase date from an authorised dealer or an order number for purchases made directly through our website.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

To initiate a warranty claim, simply drop us an email at gobeyondbags@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. Be sure to include clear images of the affected areas, captured from various angles and zoom levels, to help us assess the situation accurately.

Our team will review your submission and evaluate whether the concern falls under warranty coverage.

If your case qualifies under the warranty, we’ll take it from there! We’ll schedule a pickup via courier and share the required shipping labels with you. Just pack the item securely, attach the labels, and hand it over when the courier arrives.

If your area isn’t covered by our courier partner, don’t worry! You can send the item(s) via a trusted local courier. We’ll reimburse up to ₹200 as in-store credit, valid for 6 months, so you can use it toward your next purchase whenever you're ready.

Once we receive and inspect the product, you’ll get an update confirming your warranty claim. Based on the assessment, we’ll offer either a repair or a replacement, at our discretion.

If the issue isn’t covered under warranty, we'll offer to repair the item at a reasonable cost, if the repair is feasible.
