ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order includes an item that is on backorder, our team will get in touch with you via email to share the revised delivery timeline.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details, including the AWB number. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s journey on our delivery partner’s website.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 working days via surface through our logistics partners. However, delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen factors like festivals, public holidays, monsoons, or weather-related delays.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED SHIPMENT?
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing contents, please reach out to us. Be sure to take clear photos of the damaged package and mention any issues on the shipping label or receipt. Kindly ask the delivery person to sign off on this note.
This documentation helps us file a claim with our logistics partner. Once we receive your photos and the signed proof of damage/missing item, we’ll arrange a prompt replacement and handle the claim from our side.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If there’s been a mix-up and you’ve received the incorrect item, please contact us at (email id) between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday). We’ll schedule a pickup and ensure the correct product is sent to you as quickly as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order if it’s still at our facility. In such cases, we’ll issue a refund after deducting 2% as payment gateway charges.
No need as we will only cancel if the product is in our facility.The refund amount will reflect deductions based on the product category and shipping method selected.
